Ignition Module purchased on 7/6/2017 quit working on 8/25/2017 returned module to Auto Value and they refused to replace it under the warranty. Manager ( Mike) was rude , saying don't bother coming back, we don't need your business! We have over the time we've lived in Munising, spent tens of thousands of $$$$$ at this auto parts. Last week we had a battery that shorted out and almost burned the camper down it was so hot! The person who sold us the camper purchased the battery at the Munising Auto Value because that is where we told him to go. The battery tag was punched by Auto Value 6/2016...Mike was on vacation and Jake tested the battery for 3 days for deficiency and determined it was defective and replaced the battery. When I went into the Auto Value regarding the ignition Module Mike told me he wouldn't replace the module because I already got a free battery that shouldn't have been replaced. I paid $31.95 difference for the new battery. Due to the vulgar, angry, dishonest way the Manager ( Mike) conducts business...Lynn's Auto Parts will be our go to auto parts in Munising Michigan....no more defective , sub standard, cheaply made Chinese parts and arguing about the warranty from me!
We were in town on vacation, alternator went out the night before we were to drive home 6 hours. These folks went above and beyond to help this stranded travelor and family. Thank you guys so much, you turned what could have been a terrible ending of a vacation into a minor bump in the road so to speak... thank you thank you thank you!
