Altran has been a great transport back and forth to NMU for 2 1/2 years!! When the weather is bad, I don't have to worry about my student driving alone. The drivers are amazing! Always there to pick up or bring her home thru all kinds of weather! Thank you Altran!
Altran is a great way to enjoy backpacking through Pictured Rocks without having to make a loop. We got a ride from Munising Falls to the parking lot near the Chapel campground, and enjoyed hiking one-way back to the Munising Falls visitor center. The driver was prompt and friendly, and the transaction was very smooth through Paypal. Thanks!
Worst customer experience ever. Hiking partner got sick so I call in the morning to cancel. The operator sounded like he was offended that I called and took away his time from his Sudoku or whatever he was doing. Either way he was not polite nor accommodating. He puts me on hold and then comes back to say that yes he will cancel my appointment. No offer to reschedule, no I am sorry your partner got sick, no have a nice day, nothing! Wow! Never using this shuttle service if I can help it. $40 not spent well.
I think customer service is okay, what I'm upset about is they charge ten dollars for my whole family just too go down a few blocks when it cost fourteen dollars too go to Marquette.. then rather then having me pay for the no shows ( which was not my fault) they kick me off even after offering too pay it . It's been about a year or so and I've never talked too customer service about it because I'm afraid they will be rude again.
