Highly recommend! Modern, clean and nicely decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of Lake Superior with a balcony. Very cozy and comfortable bed and linens. Pool and Sauna clean and kept at a good temperature. One of the best included breakfasts that I have seen, there was even staff present to ensure guest's needs were met.
One word to describe this hotel...FANTASTIC. From check in to check out everyone has been so kind and helpful. The rooms are spotless, and well kept. We had a lake view room and loved sitting in the chair with a cup of fresh brewed coffee from the keurig watching it snow. Breakfast was a delight, a large variety of food, including gluten free and soy milk, the breakfast host was prompt with refilling empty items and super friendly. We will definitely stay here again
I would give it a 10! The place has a gorgeous setting overlooking the lake and pictured rocks. Rooms on the back have patios or decks with a view, sliding door wall and nice furnishings! They are very dog friendly, with yummies given upon check in. Dog rooms have patios right out the back. Their free breakfast is very good, with an outside patio. The desk and employees are very friendly. Best stay I've had in a chain hotel in a long time. I didn't want to leave!
