We have been loyal customers of Munising Snowmobile Rentals for more than a decade. We've had large groups to small groups and every time they handle us with friendly professionalism making the entire experience easy and fun. Pam and the front desk staff do a great job of managing the paperwork and Bill and his team of mechanics are great at keeping the sleds running at peak performance. We have had occasional mishaps that could be attributed to user error and they have always provided quick response and extremely fair remedies. They are also in a great location, centrally located for good snow options in multiple directions, and close to gas and trail. And of course you cant beat the Cherry Wood Lodge, Kris does a fantastic job of keeping the beer and fun flowing. Cant say enough great things about MSR and the CWL team, you will not find anywhere better in the UP.
Hands down the best sled rental business I have ever come across. An extremely friendly and informative group that want to make sure you enjoy your ride. They are all about the customer service and not about the money.
First time renting from these folks and will most definitely not be the last. We had a large, rather unorganized group the morning of our rental. Not an ideal situation for anyone but the entire Munising Snowmobile Rental staff handled everything with the utmost professionalism and understanding. The snowmobiles were in immaculate condition and all performed flawlessly. Pam and Bill were amazing to work with. This is what customer service is all about!
