Great tour operator. Large stable boat. Took the Catamaran for afternoon Spray Falls trip. Storm rolled in as we were waiting in line. As we were boarding the rain started. The crew (company) offered to to left those who wanted use ticket for other trip or have a refund. We stayed and enjoyed a damp yet colourful excursion in a very open vessel. Crew was helpful and friendly.
This was such a great experience! This may have been my favorite part of our U.P. trip. The views were beautiful! The staff was super friendly and our captain was very knowledgeable and funny. Make sure you get there early if you want a good seat. The line was very long by the time they started boarding.
Captain B and his crew were fantastic and the views were amazing. 2.5 hours is the perfect length of time for the cruise. I loved learning about the rocks and the history of the place. I had the best time and will recommend it to all my friends! Buy your tickets in advance and start lining up about 45 mins before the cruise. Sit on the upper deck if weather permits, and on the right side. Such a great trip!
A nice two hours trip to enjoy different rocks that are shaped by nature many years ago. They provide tow trips short one, 2 hours, long one, 2:30 hours. There is a free parking all day long. It will be good to plan your trip ahead because there is no other place to visit near by after Pictured Rocks. So that, you can enjoy the Pictured Rock in the morning and another place in the afternoon. Souvenirs are sold in the same place where tickets are sold. Keep in mind that the boats are not stroller friendly
THE destination attraction if you're spending any amount of time in the Northern/central part of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The rock formations are impressive, but pale in comparison to the raw beauty of Mother Superior. Make sure you visit when she's on her best behaviour, and the sunset cruise is a must (way better than the Spray Falls trip). I feel it's a little over priced, and I wish they provided some type of food option onboard. The fleet is good sized, with a variety of ship designs, but every Captain does an excellent job getting you close to the formations, and narrates the cruise wonderfully.
