Great group of folks. Had a great time and my kids loved it. Our all day rental was delayed due to weather. We rescheduled and had more bad weather. The weather finally broke and we could go out for a few hours. They prorated everyhting and treated us great. Worked out to be a great deal versus paying for those overpriced cruises. Would do it again.
A group of us went out last weekend and we had a great experience! Highly recommend renting from this place. Also you should purchase the black fly cream that they sell, the black flies were really bad and the stuff worked! You just need to keep re applying it. The waves were getting bad and we came in early vs staying out all day and our rate got adjusted, great place!
Great service! Rain storm cut our rental short, and Seaberg prorated the total! Very nice!
We rented today left at 10am..a scattered thunderstorm was predicted at 1pm. We were told we have time to go out but if we see bad weather head in..by 11:15 the radar showed pink and was coming at us..we tried going back but had another 45 min ride in. With lighting and severe weather approaching we took cover on a beach in a port a john. Storm passed and we headed back out for another hour. The sun came out turned out beautiful. We got back to dock and the two old bats working started making remarks asking why we didn't come back in with the bad weather. We told them our kids were scared and we weren't risking it..the two old bats then told us "we must be scared of the water and pontoons won't flip in a storm "..they argued with my husband for another 10 min..with him asking what would you have done??? The way we were treated was very disappointing and would never recommend this trash rental company. Fyi..pontoons can flip in severe weather read about it before giving out misleading info to your customers.
Excellent family run business! Great rates and the best way to see Pictured Rocks. We will be back for sure!
